【Classic Series】7" Damascus Steel Kitchen Chopping Cleaver for Meat Vegetable VG10 Core

Knife is excellent, but Sunnecko has terrible customer service. I received my order, but I was sent a wrong knife in order. I have sent no less than eight emails about this mistake and they have refused to respond. All that I have asked for is to receive the one correct knife and how to send back the wrong knife. Product is good, but (customer) service is poor!

It arrived today. Took it out of its beautiful box that was packed in. It is a damascus cleaver. Sharp as a razor. This is NOT a laser etched pattern. It is a true damascus steel. It should last you a life time. Order it , it is very well priced for what you receive. I have purchased more from them and I will continue to be a customer. It met more than my expectation.
