I contacted support multiple times and they take forever to email me back, and only say to keep waiting instead of making something work for me.

I would think the company would cancel my order and send me my original order from within the United States because customs is obviously the big issue here.
Don’t order anything direct if you live within the U.S. just go through Amazon or another retailer because you’ll actually receive what you paid for in a timely manner. I spend $90+ dollars up front of course, and am just waiting. I doubt it will ever come and I’ve requested for consessions to be made.

Since I’ve been waiting for my purchase to arrive, I’ve bought another gift for a different person, returned it, and got a different knife I liked better from Amazon.

The package is very elegant. Product is in high quality, knives are very pretty. Easy to cut everything, from meat to vegetables. Highly recommend even as a gift.
